Dr Shi Su received the 2015 Australian Coal Association Research Program (ACARP) Research and Industry Excellence Award

Dr Shi Su, Senior Principal Research Scientist at CSIRO, received the 2015 ACARP Research and Industry Excellence Award in recognition of his work for advancing mining science in the area of ventilation air methane (VAM) and for his strong team management and mentoring of other researchers.

Every few years, ACARP recognises high achievers through their Excellence Awards. Given the competence of the science providers engaged in ACARP’s 165 current research projects, it is a real accomplishment to win an ACARP Excellence Award.
