Dr Xingsheng Li represented QCASE at the 7th Seminar for Chairmen of Overseas Chinese Professional Associations

As one of representatives of Australia, QCASE Secretary-General Dr Xingsheng Li (photo below 9^th from right) attended the 7th Seminar for Chairmen of Overseas Chinese Professional Associations held on 12 September, 2016 in Chengdu, China. More than 200 leaders of Overseas Chinese Professional Associations from 21 nations attended the Seminar.
