Professor Lianzhou Wang of UQ awarded with $4m research fund for the development of flexible screen-printed batteries

Professor Lianzhou Wang of the University of Queensland and Dr Dawei Wang (former QCASE member) of the University of New South Wales together with other team members were awarded $2 million research fund from the Federal Government, plus $2 million industry matching cash fund in June 2017, on the development of new generation flexible screen-printed batteries.

Federal Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science Senator Arthur Sinodinos announced the launching of the research program at Lianzhou Wang’s labs at the University of Queensland in July 2017.
